I enjoy the whole fambly thing and get it's kind of our schtick to pack the staff with formal players but at the end of the day if the results aint there I'm fine with getting rid of all of them and actually making hires based on past performance instead of affiliation.

Now what I don't want to see is Freeze just hire a bunch of dudes he's worked with in the past. A few sure but we should be shooting for big fish if any of them are interested.

Exactly. We don’t need Gus 2.0 that only hires unproven or washed up coaches.
