Didn’t realize that someone made a diorama of the 7 sack game

Pretty much, but Roach is our only assistant coach.

Assistant Head Coach is his title now. He might be second in command.

I heard they were giving the entire offensive staff CO-DC titles just to make sure Roach was over them too.

BoB to BC

Can't wait to see who they bring in (Chip Kelly?) and/or if it causes Sayin to transfer again.

what a genius. Although really bob moving on is the best thing that could have happened to him. Either way, we need a good decision maker at QB in this offense, and deciding you wanted to play for BoB over deboer and grubb shows sayin isn't a good decision maker.

I think Sayin transfered because of Mack. If Mack is as good in DeBoer's offense as what we have heard, Sayin would have sat for 2 years, and I don't think he wanted to do that. Also keep in mind that OBrien recruited him to Bama and there is already a good relationship there. O'Brien is going to remind Sayin that he coached Young in two years to a Heisman award and the number one pick in the draft. Whether O'Brien really had a lot to do with that is debatable, but it's on his resume regardless.

Probably best thing to happen Ohio State honestly. See if this hire causes some BC kids to pack their bags.

Speaking of Mack...

Another interesting tidbit I learned about Austin Mack is that Georgia was the first program to contact him when he entered the transfer portal last month.

Georgia has good contacts at his high school. Same school as Bowers. Folsom High.

Ohio State is planning to target Chip Kelly for their OC. Hope he wasn’t Plan A for the Seahawks with Grubb being their Plan B.

This can't be true but if they are just desperate to have an OC that hates recruiting, more power to em.

ETA: Looks to be absolutely true .

If Chip was their first choice, he would be in Seattle I'm guessing. Taking a college OC jobs makes it looks like he got left behind in the NFL cycle.

Exactly. Lots of rumors that he was desperate to get back to the NFL because he hates recruiting. No chance he passed on the Seattle job if they wanted him.

For those of you who haven't seen this:

Nice interview with Tom Allen, who was HC at Indiana when DeBoer was OC there, Kane Wommack DC and others were on staff who are now at Alabama. He pretty much says that all those guys are elite.
