He gave Tennessee its first 11-win season since 2001 and the fans already want him gone after an 8-4 season. If the Vols win their bowl game, it'll be just their third nine-win season since 2007.

Everyone I know is extremely glad that Heupel is UT’s coach and 8-9 wins was around where most people thought we’d finish this year

I said 9 wins with a bowl spanking of a Big 10 back in the summer. If we beat Iowa, I know I’ll be happy with the season.
