Crossed streams.

I wasn't trying to be a dick brother.

There's just too much garbage on the Rant lately. I don't usually indulge; sorry, I did. It feels dirty and dumb.

Alabama's Mac Jones didn't just get it done on the field, but his work off the field also earned him the CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year award.

He becomes the fourth Crimson Tide athlete to win the award, which is given to top scholar-athlete in the country from any sport.

The former quarterback graduated with his undergraduate degree in communications studies with a 4.0 grade point average in 2019, and completed his master's degree in sports hospitality during the 2020 season with another 4.0 GPA in grad school.

Add the "CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year" award, I guess.

He’s not wrong. Tua fumbles on the goal line. That is a very different game otherwise….still had to hang on for dear life…..

Fantastic list, Paperwasp, really impressive.

You did miss one, though, and it was a major one.

I do find it hilarious the fact that our best team ever destroyed LSU 55-17 and their best team ever had to hang on to beat us 46-41 and would have lost to us if Tua hadn’t coughed up the ball on the opening drive at the 2 yard line…..lol. Case closed? Glad we could settle that.

I don’t believe that team beats Joe Burrow. Sorry, just trying to be honest.

Nah, neither 2020 Bama or 2019 LSU had the defense to be the best ever.
