Can’t imagine that with Freeze seemingly taking over the playcalling, there’s much of a role for him.

With early signing day and portal, I don’t think staff changes are going to happen until after that.

I have no problem with him. It just depends on if he wants to stay if Freeze takes over play calling.

If Freeze not calling plays is what it takes to reel in these classes, then I hope he finds someone who can do it for him. I think acquiring talent is more important than play calling. Bama, UGA, LSU don't win because they are coaching geniuses - they win because they have better players (by far) than anyone else. Yaw yaw's national title in 2019 proves this.

I've never been a coach, but I remember when Gus was switching back and forth. He said he wanted to give it up because game planning and film sessions take up your whole day throughout the week. You can't focus on anything else like crootin.
