FSU has no qb. If it was BCS they’d be in, committee is different and will be accounted for. Basically the talking point is Georgia is the beast and if Alabama takes down the beast they’re in.

Texas honestly has a good shot at getting in. I think PAC shouldn’t be considered anyways as it’s a dead conf.

I agree about FSU and the PAC really but it’s not really fair to put teams in based on a power ranking when they have played a full season and you can take head to head games into account imo. I think Bama is better than Wash Oregon FSU and even probably Texas but again, should we put teams in based on power ranking or the seasons result. I prefer the latter. It’s unlikely Bama will win anyway though

That was supposed to be the whole point of the committee.

I’m also one of the few people on here that isn’t SEC biased. Just saying how I see it.

We already beat that arse and whoever gets Tulane gets an automatic win.

It was a 3 point game deep into the 4th quarter and they were using their 3rd string QB.

GTFO acting like that was an easy win for y'all

It’s not terrible for you guys get Iowa. You’ll blow them out and OM has offensive woes right now. You’ll win and will talk mad shite while they disappear or brag about hanging a banner to a trip they lost.

Maybe they’ll play kansas this year.

First, I will upvote this because you spelled kansas with a lowercase k. Well done.

Secondly, kansas cannot play us until they beat an SEC school that we have beaten. Until then, they are mid-major at best. Plus, they lost to K-State.

kansas is the dried-up dog crap in the middle of an over-grown lawn. They are the stinch of a hippo's rectum after anal-intercourse with an orangutan. They are the vomit spew of a fly inflicted with chlamydia. And lastly, they are the urine stain on the bathroom floor of the Indianapolis 500 Motor Speedway.

Yet, you just threw out teams from the deepest conference this year because it is “dead”

I’m not sure how deep the pac is. Has Oregon beaten a ranked team?

Texas shouldn’t have lost to a 10-2 Oklahoma.

If Bama beats the #1 team in Georgia and their only loss is to a 12-1 Texas, then Bama gets in with ease.

They aren’t just gonna look at head to head

Mizzou is not dropping out of NY6 Bowl. They were #9 and just pounded Arkansas on National TV. They have a really good QB, star RB and WR and a pretty solid defense. This committee loves Mizzou. Ole Miss was #12 and struggled against Miss St. Mizzou is a feel good story for media.

Let's say Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, Florida St, and Texas win their Conf Title Games. This is the likely outcome:

Orange: Louisville (automatic if FSU makes Top 4 as highest ACC) vs Ohio St
Peach: Texas vs Tulane/SMU winner
Cotton: Mizzou vs Penn St
Fiesta: Bama vs Washington

What if Texas and Oregon win in blowouts and FSU barely beats Louisville? I could see FSU getting passed up because of their QB situation. Committee has the excuse. FSU didn't look good last week.

It could be Georgia vs Texas and Michigan vs Oregon in playoffs

Orange Bowl: FSU vs Ohio St
Peach Bowl: Mizzou vs Penn St
Cotton Bowl: Oklahoma vs Tulane/SMU (Yes, I could see OU jumping Ole Miss in this situation) Ole Miss fans would be really pissed in this situation. I am not saying I agree with it. Just saying that could happen.
Fiesta Bowl- Bama vs Washington

Dude, they played in the SEC Charmin Division. Before Kirby it was a JV pillow fight to get plowed by Sir Saban.

Most likely Citrus, but if not that one they will get no worse than ReliaQuest. They going to bowl game in Florida. And the Cotton Bowl will realize they made the right choice when they see half the stadium empty in whatever bowl Mizzou is in.

Mizzou will not get a NY 6 Bowl, they will get the shaft like they deserve. Horrible school.
