Nix also has less fumbles and interceptions. All JD had to do was hold onto the ball against Ole miss and y’all win the game. Out played by Dart because of the turnover and out played by Travis by a long shot. Was up at half and y’all know the rest.

Well, he played the whole game against a vastly inferior opponent just to pad his stats. Is that on him or the head coach? What if he'd suffered a career ending injury in the last five minutes of the game? Would you be bragging now?

Both are more than deserving. Hats off to both guys for continuing to improve and get to this level. No one could have guessed they would be two of the last three standing for the Heisman before the 2022 season began.

Has Nix played 99% of the snaps this year like JD has? No, Oregon actually has class and sits their starters in blowouts.

He had 5 TD’s at half. He would still be the best QB in the country.

Who would you want on your fantasy team?

Bo Nix didn’t play the full game against ASU. Hell, their last TD was from their backup QB Thompson.

Who had the turnover that resulted in their team losing. I think Jd! He fumbles on ole miss 23 yard line who couldn’t stop the blind that day on defense. Y’all punted 1 time all game y’all score that drive y’all win 56-55. Both Q’s had 5 Td’s but bitch boy can’t hold onto the ball. King Dart 0 turnovers. That’s outplayed to me if you watch football.

1 first half fumble vs. more passing yards, more completions (on fewer attempts), more rushing yards, more TDs, higher QBR…

Like I said, may want to check again

Coonass is developing a theory wherein Heisman recipients are judged on their career, not each individual season.

Individual Heisman voters use whatever criteria they want. It's sad that anyone could be too dumb to get that, but hey, good luck in life.

It didnt happen. Ga State didnt have to take the QB out to win.

Daniels has about 900 more yards and 5 more touchdowns than Nix.

Bo Nix for sure. Not only is he a better football player than Daniels, he can take a man size hit and not puss out of a game because of it.

You are obsessed with LSU. If the 3 letters Lsu are mentioned you are here.I hate Bama but I don’t post in every thread that is related to Bama. What gives? What’s your story? Did you not get into LSU? Did you lose a lot of money betting against Lsu? Did your wife or girlfriend cheat with an Lsu man? Or do you simply live under a bridge with the rest of the trolls?

Hell, my dog got an acceptance letter from LSU the other day. I just threw it in the trash.

Clutch guys win the Heisman. This is why Daniels will lose.

You’re sucking a dudes dick so hard for fumbling and losing a game for your team. That same guy who had the more rushing more passing also lost the game for you. Get that to your brain. Same amount of TD’s if he doesn’t fumble he has 6.

He's better than Daniels

He is good.

But it's hard to deny watching Daniels play that he isn't one of the best athletes ever to play D1 QB.

3000+ yds passing and 1000+ yds rushing with a .200+ rating, that's a Heisman in any year.

Nix is deserving as well in almost any year.

It's going to come down to a few things.
Do voters bias themselves, as in past years, to preference the best player on the best team? If so, Nix gets their vote.

Do they dive deeper to account for SOS and seek to find the most "outstanding" player most important to their team? If so, Daniels gets their vote.

Exposure and hype matter. Which school/conference starts to promote their contenders? Oregon getting an extra high-profile game on CCG weekend will be hard to overcome if Nix keeps pace and gets even with Udub. LSU must roll out a campaign to give him the shot he deserves.

The odds are tight right now, and it's a two-horse race.

Regional voting will be interesting. Daniels is likely absorbing a lot of #3 picks in Pac country due to Penix and Nix, which would be costly, as there isn't a justifiable #2 pick for Southern voters to counter with or an equal amount of voters regionally.

Midwest cleaned up some, with McCarthy possibly playing his way out of serious consideration. What the Midwest and NE do with Harrison, Jr compared to Nix or Daniels will be monumental.

Big 12 country is wide open. Daniels needs to win it there.

If both Nix and Daniels stay healthy and keep serve with production, it will likely be one of the closest Heismans in a long time.

I hope JD5 pulls it off. The kid is special. Both are deserving, but Daniels, to me, is the best choice. He shouldn't be held accountable for a defense that has killed any chance the team may have had to be successful, but, unfortunately, he likely will be.

We saw Nix for 2 years in the SEC, and he was really not very good.

No quarterback could be successful with the lines and receiving corps Auburn has had the last 3-4 years.
