We just see the situation differently. When the camera turns on the confrontation I see a lone, angry, older man pointing his finger and yelling. I see a younger guy in front of him also yelling. Who started it? Unclear. Who can end it, very clear..old man is walking by a tailgate..they aren’t gonna pick up the tent and party and move. He needs to move along. But he was probably drunk.

This. And notice his friend who is still of sound enough mind to realize this isn’t the place to try and fight people.
