Watching Utah mug the Baylor WR on the Hail Mary attempt and get away with it only because it was the end of the game makes me remember that ticky-tack call against Virginia.
If we should get the ticky-tack call at least call PI on the WR that gets assaulted hail mary or not. Those are the rules.
