LB’s were terribly aligned a ton. Playing way too far back. Watched some plays and they were 7 yards off the ball. No way they would be able to run fit correctly.

One thing offensively I never understood was why our guys never just put the ball out in front. Thorne had one or two like that I can remember and Ashford had at least two where there was o help over the top and our guy running a streak one on one. Instead of throwing the ball to the end zone, they threw more back shoulder balls or those kind of jump balls right over the defender’s head. Just let it fly and let our guy run to it. Easily 3 TD’s we should have had good shots at (not including the miscommunication with Deal and Thorne).
