I have finally decided that Bennett is a focus of ire for all the other guys that always believed their athletic endeavors didn't get far because they just didn't have the right measurements.

This is being petty, but his guaranteed bonus was for $700K and his first year salary is $750K. Pretty sure if they cut him pre-season, he doesn't get a dime of the salary portion.
Ehhh, regardless I dont get the animosity towards the kid. I believe its people who swore he would suck and when he didn't, it pissed them off to be wrong. I swore he would suck, but its not like I held it against him he didn't. Hell, if I had to walk-on at a school, only to lead them to two national titles, I would be an insufferable prick for 40 hours a week the rest of my life telling people how wrong they were about me.
