you are implying that said mascot is going to be on the field. For that to happen it would have to be an official mascot.
It actually would not, but ok

Triggered ag is triggered. Thanks for bumping this thread to showcase your school’s pathetic obsession!

AO is not paying royalties to tu.

They lie about SO MUCH related to A&M. It’s hard to keep up with all of them.

Does Texas lie or are y'all too stupid to understand the truth? It's the latter Festus.

AO paid a trademark infringement settlement and agreed to image changes in '07 for the Bevo silhouette usage on t-shirts. Assuming UT pursues trademark infringement for the most recent unlicensed usage of "any form or caricature of the mascot Bevo" and they most certainly will, AO will get a cease and desist letter and then a trademark infringement case if needed.

If you want to cry semantics and claim "but he said royalties!", feel free as that would be the most pathetic and aggy thing to do.

and there's buster...posting about something gay or trans right on cue. This due has a serious mental issue. I don't think I can make fun of him any more. I've moved past ridicule into pity territory at this point.

Also pretty sure xwing/rancho does not understand accounting and how a free market society works. You have to be pretty ignorant to think tu is getting royalties off of that.

Did you mean you don't understand trademark and licensing infringement?

quote:

Did you realize that bevo is owned by an Aggie? It is owned by Betty and John Baker. John is an Aggie class of 2000 and has supplied the last three castrated bull mascots to the donghorns. Apparently there are no donghorn fans that raise cows or know what to do with them. When Bevo XIV got sick, they had to haul it to A&M Vet school to find out what was wrong with it. The donghorns original mascot was a dog named "pig". A&M had a dog so the sips had to get a dog.

The Bakers own "Sunrise Spur" the longhorn bull marketed as Bevo. Nice little arrangement between the parties that the Baker's finance and deservedly profit from the recognition of the stately beast (hence they handle the veterinary care).

Unfortunately that arrangement drew them into litigation over the 2019 Sugar Bowl event with the Georgia mascot.

Texas had "Pig Bellmont" 17 years before A&M had their first Reveille.

Much better than their male "cheerleaders" that wear those outfits that are WAY to small for them

WTF is that about anyway?

Why are Aggies so weird?
