I would take a pound of hamburger meat, browned
2 boxes of mac & cheese
1 jar of your fav spaghetti sauce
small amount of shredded cheese
couple of peppers chopped

Mix it all together and eat on that for a few days.

A couple of ketchup packets and some hot water...

Pasquale's roast beef sammich. Still try to get one when I go to Birmingham at the Gardendale location. IIRC, there is one in Cullman too.

One of my “stick-to-your-ribs”, hearty, go-to meals was:

Take a Roll/Can of Pilsbury biscuits…crack it open and start baking the biscuits in a deep pan according to the directions.

After they’ve started to rise, but before they’re done (about 10 minutes), pour a “big” can of Dintey Moore beef stew over the biscuits & spread it around evenly over the partially cooked biscuits.

Throw it back in the oven on whatever temperature you started on for about another 30 minutes and you got a cheap, easy, and filling “meat & tater’s” meal
