This board requires the brain and temperament of a pre-teen, obviously, Summer of Jimbo.

Looking at the list, job security no longer is a thing in the SEC. Aside from Saban and Stoops, who else has been at their current job more than 5 years?

Kirby has been there 5, Jimbo’s first year was 2018 so that’s 5, but your point is well taken. 4/14

I don’t think a server at WalkOns is technically considered sports. But they do have a lot of TVs.

I do pro bono work for Alex by emailing him trade proposals and DFA pickup advice daily. It's my cross to bear.

But I think the point is those schools fired guys for that and we're arguing whether Stoops is a top coach.

LSU has 19

Florida has 15

Texas A&M has 12

Auburn has 11.

Tennessee has 7

So the only one he's really close to is Tennessee, and they've been an absolute dumpster fire for 9 of those 10 years (and beat Kentucky 7 of 10).

Carolina has 12. Ole Miss has 10. State has 9.

I expected him to look better juxtaposed to Miss St and South Carolina to be honest.

My argument is that this is kentucky.
645 all time wins (48% all time win percentage).
12 all time bowl wins.

But you've knocked a little luster off with Scar and Miss St records vs Big 6.

He's a very solid coach and has been great at Kentucky. I'd just have some pause hiring him at my bigger school. And that could be wrong, for sure.

Might as well sort descending by NIL, budget, etc. Top 3 aren’t exceptional coaches. They are good but have a lot of resources. What would be the perception if they were coaching Kansas?

Arnett has a perfect 1.000 winning percentage, so please appropriately re-rank the captain above all.

He's 17-22 in the SEC the last 5 years in the weaker division.

You can’t be serious?
UGA- back to back Champs
UT- Beat Bama and LSU last year
Florida- beat #10 Utah last year.

You can forget about the west being stronger than the East. Because the last couple years that hasn’t been the case.

No. It is a dumpster fire because you have the same boosters regardless of coach.

Are you blaming the coaches for the way your boosters behave?

Jimbo needs to be #15. He could take over Alabama or Georgia and have them 3-9 within a year. He’s talented that way.

Seems that way for the past 3yrs. Three to four months before the effective date... now that is soon.
