How tf are we 5th. We’ve sucked the last decade. This conference is ridiculously top heavy sometimes

In 2015, Kansas was winless, including a loss to South Dakota St, an FCS team.

In 2016, Kansas only one two games - Rhode Island Texas. The lost to Ohio and every other team they played.

In 2017, Kansas beat Southeast Missouri State for their only win on the year. They lost to Ohio and Central Michigan - both by double digits. (Coastal Carolina moved from FCS to FBS this season).

In 2018, Kansas beat Central Michigan, Rutgers, and TCU. They lost to every other team they played - including Nicholls St, an FCS team.

In 2019, Kansas lost the first game of what was to become the first of three straight losses to Coastal Carolina - a team that had just moved up from FCS.

Does Kansas losing to two FCS teams prove that A&M's 11 wins against FCS teams aren't an asterisk in their W/L since expansion?

KU is in a P5 conference and would beat every one of those FCS schools like a rented mule.

And it ain't like Texas A&M was undefeated against Kansas in the Big 12.

You brought forth the comparison between A&M and UT for wins from 2012 through the 2022 season. Is there a reason you are bringing up stats prior to 2012? Stay on topic per the parameters set forth by OP and don't move the goalposts.

So you’re bragging about a slightly worse record versus significantly softer competition. Texas played against KU, Iowa State, etc. during that period.

UT's 11 vacated wins removed from my correction of the OP.

If our competition was significantly softer, why didn't A&M have a better record in the Big 12 than they did in the SEC?

Choose what you believe to be true:

1. You believe that Big 12 competition was equal to SEC competition from 2012-2022.

Or

2. You understand that A&M improved (via recruiting) when they joined the SEC.

Does this include the 11 wins from 2019-2020 they have to vacate?

He's also leaving out Miss St's wins that were vacated for cheating.

If you remove vacated wins, State stays #6 anyway. Auburn moves up one, LSU moves down several, Tenn moves down, and OM moves to last.
