Have the families of Lecroy and Willock demanded retractions from UGA?
I know you think this is cute, but this is really stupid.
UGA doesn't write stories about Willock and Lecroy. Willock's family I think has taken legal action against Lecroy's estate and UGA. Likely a settlement will come. But we knew this would happen before it did.

I don’t think it’s cute at all…..two lives and families were changed forever. UGA officials were quick to point out Lecroy in a rental and not a university vehicle…..most university vehicles are loaners from dealers. UGA fans want it both ways. Cry about AJC, but defend Kirby and his den of thugs. What goes around comes around and house will eventually collapse.

It's telling that the letter does not threaten litigation if the AJC doesn't retract the article. Perhaps there are more details/skeletons UGA would not want to come out in discovery.

If that was the case, why would UGA act at all? Many are commenting first, without reading NINE pages….that explain pretty much everything. The author of the article intentionally misrepresented facts and blatantly lied. Whatever the motivation may be, Judd and the AJC were and are wrong.

Of course you can’t get the facts straight. Are you Alan Judd?
Were there not double digit criminal complaints? Did they all not go away when UGA got involved?
Which part were you told was incorrect?

What's telling is that your legal expertise comes from watching My Cousin Vinny.
The first "lawyer letter" never threatens litigation. In fact, it's frowned upon by all bar associations for lawyers to threaten litigation. That's why "lawyer letters" never mention litigation. It's more of a wink-wink. This is step one. The other party can assume what step two is.

To put something in the public domain for people to see without really threatening the AJC at all. I've written similar letters in other legal situations but with a threat of litigation if nothing is done to rectify the situation. And if nothing is done, then you file suit.

11 supposed allegations, only three of which were cited, 2 of which turned out to be bullshite, and 1 of which resulted in player dismissal [even though he still hasn't had his day in court] does not equal "UGA rallies behind sexual assault, if you perform on the field you get to stay".
The articles Judd has been putting out are bullshite, the editors that let it come out are bullshite, and you are bullshite.

That would infact be criminal complaints.

Dismissed or suspended indefinitely with UGAs AD supporting his “Pro Day” and giving him access to facilities and personal? I ask because there is a difference.

For frick's sake. UGA should be grateful they don't share a state and media system with bama. The AJC has nothing on al.com's constant trashing of Auburn.
This could be a story about Corn Flakes and the Barn would find a way to complain. JFC

It's just a little letter and a little article. I don't know why you are getting so twisted up here. I am not on the side of the AJC.
This is like transgender story hour and gender ideology lessons in 3rd grade, a parent says "this doesn't seem right" and the left says "WHY ARE YOU OBSESSED WITH GAYS!!?" Straight pure textbook gaslighting.

Dismissed or suspended indefinitely
You got me. He wasn't dismissed. He was suspended indefinitely. That still goes directly against the AJC's narrative, a narrative that uses his case as an example.
It's like publishing a story that all the monarch butterflies are gone from Georgia, then using a picture of a monarch butterfly on a pine tree from last week as your headline picture.
Anderson was accused, UGA suspended him. Judd's narrative debunked.

I wouldn’t be talking too much trash with “UGA fans want it both ways”. If anyone has been crying about “unfair reporting” about Mr. “I wanna be a drug kingpin” and Mr. “I didn’t know he was going to shoot someone” it’s been Bama fans this last year….you should sit this one out.
Also you’re right “What goes around comes around and house will eventually collapse”. Sounds like you better start checking your house out over there and make sure that foundation is still good.

From your mouth to Gods ears BigD!!! It’s been my happiest time as UGA fan these last few years and I am savoring it!
Hope you’re doing well!

Then write something that makes sense. You thought you were being cute or you don't know the meaning of the word "retraction".
The retraction they are asking for is not about Chandler or Dev and their accident. It is not asking for a retraction of any story written about them.
It is asking to retract a story where they are saying Kirby and UGA looks the other way and helps good football players who are accused of violent acts against women. Your response was stupid.
