We don’t know exactly what happened. We probably won’t know. But the fact they are letting him off with a misdemeanor and zero jail time makes me think it isn’t that big a deal. I don’t think the dude was the ringleader of some heinous child pornography ring. The fact that he posted it on discord makes me think that as well. If he really was into child porn, I doubt he would have done that.
Most likely a case of overcharge and we will shoot for a plea bargain. Which is exactly what happened.

Can you imagine when the journalists in Florida heard about a Florida quarterback being arrested for child pornography? That had to be a great day for them. They would have never missed or overlooked any details to get their stories out there.
I think I can speak for many of us when I say that I trust the media ALWAYS gets the story right. Especially at first, when they are all racing to be the first to break it.
