What pissed me off was that the university got aggressive. Banning tailgating in places that even the tailgate guys couldn’t set up. They basically waged war on us and tried to force us into they milquetoast bullshite.

Great! They made a bunch of money. And Auburn is stuck with a sterile white tent city on game days. Awesome! Glad they made their money though. That’s what’s important, right?

They definitely didn’t make a bunch of money selling out. They screwed themselves by growing way too fast and into places that just frankly don’t have a tailgate culture. They had to sell more and more of the company to their silent partner to raise money so the company wouldn’t bankrupt until they eventually didn’t own it anymore. Sad but they did it to themselves.

Oh it’s fricking ruined. They killed tailgating. They systematically went through campus and said “where do people tailgate? Ok frick them let’s put white tents there”
