If A&M and Texas do both come out of their regionals, I would pay good money to be in the war room where the NCAA decides which of those 2 gets to host the Super

Pretty sure A&M would host in this scenario since they came out of the 8 seed's regional

like I said......gump going to gump. Move the goalpost as needed.

Self awareness isn’t your thing, is it?

We were talking about success in Omaha between Bama and AU, and you moved the goalposts to try and equate the 2 by saying neither have won a championship. It’s a convenient little brother argument to try and move the goalpost when you realize your success doesn’t add up to Big Brother. Accusing the other person of doing what you just did is also a little brother technique in debates, and never really works out well as it just makes the person look small.

Good luck in your regional and if you guys make it to the CWS, maybe you can improve on the 1-4 record over the past 2 trips. Bama is 0-0 over the last 20 years, so we’ve got our work cut out to even have a chance to lose. Still won’t change the history of AU vs Bama in Omaha unless you actually get there and win.

If neither of the #1 seeds win their regionals, then the teams that did advance are asked to submit a bid for hosting if they want to host. NCAA reviews the bids and decides who to award the hosting privileges to.

#12 seed Kentucky

1. Kentucky
4. Ball State

2. West Virginia
3. Indiana

This was designed to sell tickets.

And frankly, I don't have a problem with that.

Something tells me Santa Clara isn't getting the same treatment NJIT got in Fayetteville.

Yes they will. TCU is the only one I see having a rude awakening because it’s a Texas school and TCU has already beaten the hogs this year.

Schlossnagle has to be thrilled with the seven other teams (8/9 sites) Texas A&M would have to beat to get to Omaha - Aggies have a very manageable path to make it back-to-back in Schloss' first 2 seasons.

I don't think they'll get rooted against or anything, I just don't see the fans taking to a team from the Bay area the way they took to the Jersey baws.

That was a special connection. I miss them.

They were just talking about Vandy’s draw and mentioned Okie State and Rock Reggio (whatever that twerps name is). It made me remember how dang wild and fun was that series with them last year.

Losing to those bleach-haired douches would have been sickening. I'm so glad we won that regional.

No SEC teams in our way. Stanford can absolutely mash, but they're a weak top 8 seed.

It just dawned on me........FSU didn't make the Tourney. They had been to 44 straight. Elvis was alive when their streak started.

So, Aggy will be doing a “go fund me” to get to host?
