I think what people are poking fun about is who these analytics people are, and what methodologies they may be using. Kiffin has swallowed analytics hook, line and sinker. Personally I think he looks like a chimpanzee with a headset 4-5 times a game with his in-game decisions.

Can he recruit and will kids play hard for him? I don't think analytics can answer those questions. He's young and has something to prove. Fits the mold for a few of CHFs position coaches.
