He doesn't "not" use a TE he just doesn't use them in the backfield in a run set. We may have to go spread/bunch sets because of a lack of a true H-back.

I don't think our first portal guy would have been the top TE if we weren't planning on using TEs. Fairweather is a little bit of a hybrid TE. Big Slot/TE I would think Fromm would be his backup or possibly King. We will still have hand on ground TE's but need a versatile H-back. That's why I suggested Sean Jackson he's played H-back before in high school when Armoni Goodwin transferred to HT and Sean moved to H-back and was an absolute terror.

A huge contrast between the two is the use of RB’s in the passing game. Freeze loves to throw the ball to RB’s whereas Monty seems to be almost allergic to the idea.
