Due to our system there’s a strong argument that none of them could do what the coaches ask of Stetson.
He’s basically a coach on the field. We run a true pro-style offense with multiple plays called in the huddle and based off pre-snap reads Stetson makes the call at the line.
This isn’t some up tempo gimmick or “check with me” offense and that’s why you’re seeing such a massive increase in his production this season now that he’s in his 3rd consecutive season with Monken.
This is before we mention how effective of a scrambler he has been and how hard the dude is to sack.
Some of you like to put way too much onus on arm strength and no where near enough on efficiency, execution and WINNING

Baker Mayfield won a heisman. Worst QB Panthers have ever had. Heisman just isn't that big a deal.
