Does Georgia and Alabama hire the assistants??? Don’t think so! Kirby and Nick do. Here in lay the problem. You hire a HC and take hiring of his coordinators away from him. Laughable!

Have you taken a look at his Coordinators? Or anyone on his staff now? GO take a look...He can get Coordinators. He has a lot of relationships in the sport and outside...He may only have a couple of years experience but some want to hire someone with the same amount of experience but never been a HC.
