The city of Auburn has been on many lists of the Top 100 places live in the country. Also draw a circle of 150 miles from the center of town. See what that area is like.

Not sure when you last went but it has been growing like crazy. It’s double the population it was it 2000 at over 80,000. 3x the size of Oxford or Starkville. The Auburn-Opelika Metro Area is about 160,000.
