Truth about AU

I know that many on here that want to shoot down what I post about Auburn and know someone very close to the University. They love to shoot it down early and then later when it is proven truth, they just pretend it never happened. 
So I will share this and you can take it with a grain of salt if you prefer:
1. President Roberts hire Cohen without the approval of any PTB or the BOTs. He listened to those individuals, but had decided on Cohen and nothing was going to change his mind.
2. President Roberts has been given control of the hiring of the next coach to Cohen, with the help of the PTB and their money. Roberts gave Cohen instructions of what Auburn is looking for and told him money is not an issue.
3. Cohen has been in discussions with Kiffin's management, and they are close to an agreement. No pressure from AU for Kiffin to make a decision, but both parties know it must be finalized in the next few days.
4. AU will make an announcement no earlier than two days after the IB. But whoever it is will be in place before the SECCG. Expect that weekend to be an introduction press conference for the new coach.
Can't wait to hear Tuscaloosa come out and shoot down this post. :rotflmao:

The truth is you hired our baseball coach as your AD. So you have a clown as a AD who said at his press conference that "he was gonna make the decision".
Lol you will get the equivalent of Moorhead and enjoy it!
PS he talked the talk in baseball of hiring a big name coach(after hiring another that got involved in a sex scandal) and ended up with a no name Indiana coach who never even completed in the Big Ten.

This is literally the only one of the 4 that could be proven if true, the rest could've been posted by Peej and nobody here would be able to debunk.
That being said, a blind monkey could predict that Auburns coach won't be announced until after the IB.
You literally just said stuff that basically everyone would've predicted, even if they were.... say..... an Arkansas fan.

While Auburn overalll is a much better job than OM for several reason I don’t see him leaving OM right now for Auburn because of the pressure Auburn coaches have vs OM.
He could turn it around within a year because of the portal and I’m sure seeing how the place was for a 3 win team vs seeing how OM is when they are good does make him intrigued I just don’t see him leaving for Auburn.
Miami will be back open in two years and they will go after Kiffin this time

Objectively, Kiffin hauling arse to AuN is a horrible look for him, but I suppose winning is all that matters. I just figured he’d stay at OM long enough to do more than he has.

Saban talked with Kiffin before the game last week. Kiffin knows Saban will retire before Texas and OU come to the SEC.
Saban will hire his replacement and Saban told Kiffin he has the job.

As a Vols fan I understand your pain. Plus Au is 1 of my favorite teams from the west: My banker is a big time Au fan and has all sorts of signed balls jerseys etc. I asked him about Au he just won’t talk about it lol
