23 passes before rain
2 passes after rain

RAIN > vols

Back to back drives :

27 plays for 145 yards

14 minutes taken off the clock

CLOCK stopped one drive
RAIN stopped the other

RAIN > vols
CLOCK > vols

Time running out. 3rd and 6, vols have to get a stop.

10 yard RUN.

Game OVER.

Uga didn’t even try to kick a FG.

Pathetic D.

Remember that long arse drive for a FG to end the half? Vols wanted that ball back. Uga kept it. Snapped the ball with 5 seconds left on the play clock.

Be thankful we wasted too much time to score a td.

Even the CLOCK stopped uga better than the vols D did.

Wow.

you don't understand. UGA only beating them by 2 TDs and suffocating their offense was actually a win for Tennessee

How do fans actually "blame" anything for a blow out win?

I just don't think it works that way. You may want to re-evaluate your approach.

No it doesn't.

It goes to

Stop trying to take credit for doing what the RAIN did.

Uga went from pass heavy to run heavy as soon as that RAIN started.

Tennessee fans are trying to rationalize that they weren't actually blown out because Georgia coasted the entire second half on purpose resulting in a blowout not turning into a bigger blowout. Not sure I've ever seen anything like it. Would be like LSU fans saying the 2015 Alabama game really wasn't that much of a blowout because they outscored Alabama in the 4th quarter.

The rain saved UT from the Oregon treatment. They just got a taste of that instead.

There's nothing to "blame" on the rain. The rain was merely a factor for the play style we chose in the 2nd half. We could just as easily "blame" the clock-eating on our dominant 1st half performance and keeping your offense in check. We could "blame" it on our desire to play easy and get out with a win.

I don't think you know what "blame" means.

I think he thinks UGA fans should be disappointed by beating the #1 team in the country, at the time, by 2 touchdowns. Yet, in the same vein, they all say they kicked Alabama's arse by 3.
