Freeze would probably be a good hire here but I don’t want to hire him because I just don’t like him. Same way Kirby would be a good hire here but I don’t want him here because I don’t like him. I’d rather hire someone who is a good hire and I like. Why can’t I have both things? Or at least hope for it?
