That's really not true. I would know because I spent months arguing with people on the sheer basis of his actual coaching history. "He's just Malzahn with off-field problems", remember? Mix in lots of really dumb takes about how it wasn't good enough for him to go from a losing team to a 10 win Sugar Bowl win in 4 seasons at Ole Miss because he didn't win the West while Alabama was at their peak. Oh, and "he only went 8-5 at Liberty with an NFL QB".
The receipts are pretty endless. Lots of people on here have been engaging in mental gymnastics to convince themselves that he's just an average coach.

Ok so be it. I know for a fact though he is a good coach with a crappy history.
I told you myself that if it wasn’t for his history he would already be at Texas or Oklahoma, anywhere that’s an upgrade to Ole Miss.
