Nick Saban can do that to any "normal" coach.

Deion wouldn't be competing on the same metrics - his pitch would be more personal. I suggest watching some of the posted Deion speeches. He's actually pretty impressive and I guarantee he would recruit his arse off at Auburn - mark this post and I'll happily eat crow if he gets hired and doesn't recruit well. Again, I really suggest people watch some of his speeches and the way he connects with players.

Deion would say something like "I've sat in the same chair you're sitting in right now. Nick Saban doesn't care about you. Nick Saban only cares about his football team and himself. Nick Saban doesn't care about your struggles, your family, or your people because he hasn't been there... he hasn't been through what you've been through. I have.
I can get you to the next level because I've done what you're trying to do. I can show you what it takes to build you into the football player and the man you can be. We're about to do something special at Auburn."
