Don't bring logic into the equation. We are only judging the book by its cover with this hire too. It doesn't matter who the coaches have played. Only their record. We also can't count who they have lost to or how bad the teams are they have scraped by. So we have Deion or Kiffin.

We don't want someone who can build a team from scratch and coach them into beating top P5 teams with offense and defense.
