He has the right mindset to Climb Mt Everest and whatever else he wants to accomplish.

I think what he has done and is currently doing is nothing short of amazing and commendable. He is giving back to these kids what he has learned throughout his life. Takes a very unselfish person to do that after being a lifelong superstar in 2 major sports.

I'm not knocking him for who he is, I just see what he's done for what it is. His fame and messaged about making HBCU great again got him some players to compete against teams that don't get very good talent. The next level is whole other universe. There is absolutely nothing to suggest what he has done in the SWAC, at Jackson State, will transfer over to P5. Hell, some damn good coaches were massive failures jumping to the NFL. Dan Devine was one of the greatest high school coaches ever, and failed spectacturaly at Notre Dame. Saban and Spurrier shite the bed in the NFL. As did Rhule and to a lesser extent, Bill O'Brien.

If an introverted boob / high school coaching nerd like Gus can get to a Natty at Auburn then I don’t think Deion will have ANY trouble
