I mean are we seriously arguing whether we have two different standards for a football coach vs a basketball/baseball coach?
That’s the dumbest argument of all time. Of course we have two different standards. You get a lot more slack in Basketball/baseball.

Bruce inherited a really bad program that was dead for years. Sure Bruce got more slack. He had to have it.
Harsin inherited the 14th most talented roster that could do 8-5 in their sleep.
Bruce built a program. Harsin tore his apart.
Bruce was well liked; only one player pretended to be sad to see Harsin go.
