Coaching is kinda the primary job. Coaches win games without a roster full of five star.
He would field an elite coaching staff, if he wants to. Again, Auburn money plus his personality and connections = ELITE STAFF.
He's already doing that at Jackson State.
Again, elite talent + elite coordinators (if he's serious) + position coaches. That by default wins most of your games. It's hard to completely fail with that setup.
You severely underestimate his coaching connections. He has Mike Zimmer (an NFL HC) as an analyst on his fricking Jackson State staff.

If we hire Deion I guarantee the remaining staff would be former Auburn players. They would hold Caddie, Ethridge and Kendall Simmons over then throw in T Will as DC. Who else am I missing? I wish they would just do it to prove how dumb our boosters and most of our fanbase is.
