Lane knows he can win it all in Oxford. He also saw that it can be done at Auburn. Auburn has more money, larger fanbase and a much better location for recruiting.

No, I can't say that I am.
But, but, but....I'm being told that Coach Prime Time is coming and bringing a whole bunch of his buddies from his NFL playing days. The entire fanbase has already agreed to erect his statue before he even coaches a game! Expect him to get every 5* he wants! He's got a new offense in the works, that will blow everyone away. He's been working on it his entire collegiate coaching career, about 18 months!

SEC is so screwed!

Draw a 200-mile circle around Oxford and Auburn and tell me how many recruits are in it. Gus took advantage of it but could develop them. Harsin is just lost in the South.

I was about to respond, but then I remembered LSU fans actually count close losses as wins when it involves Alabama.

And don't you forget it! 2012, 2014 and 2021 baby!

Hell, I know it wasn't close, but we didn't get shut out in 2017!

I'd enjoy watching a KY and/or TN implosion even more...

I don't see Lane going to Auburn.

He seems to have things rolling pretty nicely at Ole Miss. I know recruiting isn't what it could be, but Auburn is a complete rebuild.

Kentucky and Tennessee have been living through implosion for quite a while but Auburn is doing it Auburn style.

I love a good Auburn dumpster fire, but don’t discount the enjoyment had from a full blown Aggie MELT

Yeah. This is a lot of fun. They better hope conference realignment is good to them or they may be a decade or more coming out this (see Tennessee).

It’s doubtful Auburn could afford top tier SEC coaching pay.

Your entire program is a dumpster fire. You won’t be taking a god damn thing. Except for a good arse whipping this year and you can sit home, wipe your tears with your dick beaters while you watch

Someone’s scared and mad…

If Lane comes to AU he gets to play Alabama and Georgia every year, with access to better recruiting resources.

Imagine Lane in Bham, Atlanta in the same day recruiting for AU, then heading home to the Plains for the evening. Sounds appealing.

You have an overinflated imagination of how desirable the Plains are. Lane RUNS the football program at Ole Miss. At Auburn he’d have to shared the steering wheel with Yella fella, other boosters and the BOT.

Auburn is a nice town. You really have something good going on there. It's probably made it up to 5th or 6th best SEC town. Good improvement over the years.

How do you rank the towns? I really like Oxford. I assume you'll call it #1.

The ongoing Auburn soap opera is always entertaining but the past two years have really been fun.

WHEN Kiffin comes to Auburn it will be as the opposing team’s coach.

I believe it's $20 million.

That's peanuts!
