Where? If he does that again, the are only a handful of jobs he should leave for... none of which are likely to be open.
For some reason I thought he wanted to stay at Kentucky. Doesn't his name come up every year?

Just about though it's debatable if it's real or for a pay raise
AD is giving him what he wants and he's compared UK to his Alma mater Iowa by being patient with coaches so I'd say he likes UK well enough
Cal may have made him mad though

Stoops is one of those guys that needs to be very, very careful about where he takes his next job. I think, for him, it needs to be in a friendly media market - probably MidWest. I think he'd leave for the Iowa job in a heartbeat if it opened up, which it ain't anytime soon. Nebraska maybe ? I don't think he'll stay at Kentucky much longer.
I think you’re wrong here. I think he retires at UK.

He owns or is partners in several businesses here, not something you generally do when you are planning on going somewhere else.

Kansas also owns Kentucky at 3-0

As an outsider, I’m curious why you think that?
Seems to me like he’d have left already if he were ever inclined to leave, especially for a program like Florida State.
I figure the only other job he’d ever entertain would be the Iowa job.

Well, I guess with the transfer portal, anything can happen, but we have literally no other QB than Levis, and he will be gone after this year.

In my 41years Florida is 38-3 vs Kentucky

It's Kentucky. Everyone but Vanderbilt is 38-3 against them.

Speaking of Vanderbilt, who's the only team in the East they don't have a losing record against the last 10 years? Not Kentucky...they're 3-7 against the Cats. And they're 0-10 against the mighty Gamecocks.

They 5-5 and against the VOLS, but they are a better team than Kentucky.
