I'll take Baylor, Clemson, Ohio State and Duke.

I'd want Ohio State because it would cause the collapse of the newly expanded Big conference but mostly because I'd love to see their fans moan about 8 wins every year with no shot at any title ever.

I'd take Duke for hoops and to give Vandy fans someone to hangout with.

Who would you want and why?

I hate the idea of expanding more but it’s eventually gonna happen so might as well beat the big ten to rest of the good programs/markets

I’d take UNC, Clemson, FSU, and one of Va Tech/Virginia/Miami

Baylor?! Got a thing for 40k seat stadiums?

Even now in the height of their athletics program, they have one of the smallest fan bases in all the power 5.

Baylor ?? ….you will have another Vanderbilt without the elite education. Recently they have been good in a very bad Big 12 but they would get curb stomped year and year out on the SEC.

Duke is headed south with K gone
UNC has too much Ivy League feel (I would bring in Rice first)

Baylor is one of the few fan bases that are shitty in real life as they are on line, their hospitality matches their online forum personas, they don’t turn being petty off, at least they were like that when I went to away games there, stayed at the dorms

Not one of those schools brings a true Southeastern quality to the league. The SEC has roots, and those roots are what give the league its passion. Those schools would not add to the league's passion. That would be true with UT and OU if not for Arkansas and A&M.

Baylor???

I’d rather SMU, Houston, Rice, Memphis, ECU, Tulane, UCF, Cincy, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, Okie Lite, TCU, Texas Tech, Colorado, Arizona, Arizona State, App State, UNT, Texas State, UTSA, UTEP, and Hawaii before them. Baylor and Waco are trash.

Florida State - Both sides have wanted it for some time, and outside of Clemson, they're the closest option to an SEC program.

Tulane - An ex-member with historical ties to the conference, and in addition, they would be the Vanderbilt of the West. Plus, everyone deserves a mulligan, and annual trips to New Orleans sounds enjoyable, etc.

Georgia Tech - See above (minus the part about being a private school and New Orleans, etc.).

Texas Tech - I'm not a fan of killing off the ACC, because we've had (and still do) cordial relations with them. As a result, I'd rather see us grab the third flagship in Texas, and ultimately, kill off the Big XII. Plus, the Hateful 8 and Big XII fans are extremely annoying (especially with the nonsensical belief that they're the best conference outside of the SEC and B1G).

P.S. Notable Alternatives: Assuming Georgia Tech doesn't leave the ACC, I would take Oklahoma State, and call it a day. Again, I don't think it's in the best interest of the SEC and ESPN to kill off the ACC. Whereas, killing off the Big XII gives ESPN an angle to take the remainders into the Pac-12 (or whatever they're angling for out west).
