Achane is doing track so he wasn’t tracked, but Denver Harris, Evan Stewart and King topped out over 22 mph in spring workouts, add Demas and we might be able to stretch the field this year

I don’t get this. Seems to be more based about Kiffin than the kid himself. Was he even the full time starter last year or was it Slovis? I didn’t follow much of any west coast football last year

Orgeron was gonna start Johnson like a fricking idiot. My favorite was the tiger rant “max has it” fricking people are stupid as frick.

Watch the film it’s not even close

Johnson threw 27 touchdown passes at LSU last season as the star of an offense
Lol he got benched for a true freshman and in our toughest 5 game stretch he was trash

Were there people who just wanted Johnson to start bc of who his dad is? I can see some people creating pressure about that like it matters

shite take but you are known for that. Johnson will prosper this season. Id rate him much higher.

I wish Calzada the best. The memory of October 9 will live forever.

I know Brennan has been injured but if everyone recalls beginning of the 2020 season LSU was losing but it wasn’t because of him. He looked really good I thought.

He did, but the competition wasn’t great either.
He looked way more capable than max to make accurate throws and go through his progressions. He didn’t seem to feel pressure in the pocket very well.
Max always through off his back foot and stared receivers down. But as a little more athletic and could at least feel pressure.

Bunch of casuals in here reading Twitter and not knowing much about the game. Rattler is correctly placed on this list. Riley is a POS and SC will benefit greatly bc of it.

Yeah, I don't get that ranking for him. They didn't even mention his obvious weakness, which is staying healthy. Assuming he does stay healthy, I cant imagine him being only 10th best in the conference, nor do I see Nussmeier seeing significant playing time.

King was also one of three players to get clocked at 22.1 mph during Spring workouts, you can’t teach speed

Why are LSU pushing Max so hard? Is he just as athletic as King? Every LSU post I’ve seen wishes Max can start

Athleticism at quarterback matters very little in a Jimbo Fisher offense.

Both suck and heinous isn’t good, even if he’s fast. He didn’t play much last year.

A&M has run the option with every QB we’ve had since forever, it’s not a play that’s going away, even Tannehill ran it

He started five games when Slovis got hurt. 61.9% 9 td's and 5 int's as a true freshman last year against good competition. Seems like a perfect fit for Kiffin's offense. We got some key transfers on offense. I think his ranking is fine.

Overall, not really an impressive group (incl. the Heisman dude). Dart is interesting though.

This is so dumb.

Kid wasn’t that great when he played and is coming to the SEC.
