KJ was #14 last year, glad Brad Crawford wised up.

Max had the 10th highest QBR in the SEC, 58th in the nation.

If it weren’t for his WRs YAC, his stats would’ve been even more embarrassing than they already were.

I would take Bennett over Rattler in a heartbeat.

Here's the list for the clicking challenged:

1. Bryce Young - Bama
2. KJ Jefferson - Ark
3. Hendon Hooker - Tenn
4. Will Rogers - Msst
5. Spencer Rattler - SCar
6. Stetson Bennett - Uga
7. Max Johnson - A&M
8. Jaxson Dart - Ole Miss
9. Will Levis - UK
10. Myles Brennan - LSU
11. Anthony Richardson - UF
12. Zach Calzada - Aub
13. Brady Cook - Mizz
14. Ken Seals - Vandy

Rattler

We shall see

My understanding is his OU teammates were not to fond of him.

Early reports on 247 looking like it might be King, who knows

If Brennan doesn't break his arm just before preseason practice begins, Max likely isn't even the LSU starter last year. Addition by subtraction.

Good. I would hate to have any unrealistic expectations for Auburn this upcoming season.

Trying to keep him from transferring.

There’s no way that Johnson, King and Weigmann will all be on the team this time next year.

And Big Douche Brad didn’t bring his son to College Station to ride the bench like he would have at LSU.

Wowzers

LSU posters are the king of bad takes. But I crown this one first place for 2-22-22.

King was also one of three players to get clocked at 22.1 mph during Spring workouts, you can’t teach speed

Why are LSU pushing Max so hard? Is he just as athletic as King? Every LSU post I’ve seen wishes Max can start

I don’t think Brady cook wins the starters job

I just don’t see Max starting at A&M unless he has improved since last season. King just has so much more upside and athleticism. However there is always the chance that King just tries to do too much and Johnson is the safer pick to start. I would imagine one of them will transfer after this next season. Maybe both if Weigman starts.

I have no idea who wins our job but I’m excited to see how it plays out.

Rattler is legit probably in the 10-14 range. Dude couldn't move the offense at fricking Oklahoma, who, under Reilly, have done nothing but scorch it up and down the field on shitty Big 12 teams for years.

I could see Levis and Bennett higher on the postseason ranking

Because if he hasn't improved over 2021, and he starts over King, it would mean A&M will be average at best at QB.

That is a big if though. While Johnson will always have velocity issues, it is unlikely that he will not show at least some improvement with more experience.

Our third fastest player is Haynes King. It's likely that all three of them remain, and could even have all three are on the field at the same time.
