I ate rattlesnake in SW Oklahoma and it was not bad.

I ate turtle from Northfork Lake in Arkansas and it was good.

I ate something in Puerto Rico and it wasn’t beef, chicken, or pork and it was spicy and great. My wife thinks it was Iguana

We ate possum, raccoon, mountain oysters, and squirrel in southern Missouri all the time when I was a kid. A lot of people think that it is weird and gross. When I was a kid in the 80’s I thought everyone ate that stuff

I have ate/make chocolate gravy all the time. I thought it was a normal dish everywhere. I can make the gravy in less than five minutes it is fast and easy.

I have friend in Wiener, AR that dehydrates goose. He loves it, but it is terrible

Florida has to be wrong. They have got to eat something weirder than Gator

Conch and Mullet

anytime you find the only way to eat a fish is smoked ...you know it's a bad experience coming.

Oklahoma - Lamb Fries

The secret is you have to snip them real high.

Born and raised in Mississippi and lived here most my life…koolickle is made-up. I googled what it was and I can attest I’ve never even seen these.
