I say GT should get preference over anyone else in the East.
In the West, we should gobble up WKU and help build their athletics program, just as a public service project for the Fightin' Kiges.

Been there, done that. GT was an original member and bailed, then tried to return but was denied. With Clemson you get great matchups with S.Car, UF and UGA. Plus a great fanbase that fits with the SEC. GT has a much better overall tradition(4 national champs), but I just don't feel they'd even think of coming even if asked due to past history.

I appreciate your love of history of the SEC. If Arkansas left the SEC that is the school that should be brought back into the fold. Now, that other school that left around the same time as Georgia Tech can still go to hell.
