I vote no. Since the playoffs started, these semi games and even Natty games are mostly lopsided. Stay at four. What say you? Also, Happy New Years.

No, keep it the way it is

No, but they'll do it anyway. Should have kept the BCS.

#3 or #4 team has been in 5/8 Final games. They wouldn’t have made a single one under the old system.
Give me an expansion.
If the #1 and #2 teams were winning every game, fine, but they aren’t.

No just pick best teams

The games in a 4 team playoff are already not even competitive.

Stay at 4. Do we need to see more lopsided playoff games?

Yes. No matter the outcome.. It's not good for the sport if 80% of the teams wouldn't get a look even if they had a good season..

Yes. I want more teams to get a chance and see the big dogs go through more of a gauntlet, rather than play one team and you’re in the show. Alabama lost to TAMU this year, so slip ups happen. Expanding makes that more of a possibility.

The 4 team playoffs allow 3-4 weeks to prepare for the semis. A 12-16 team playoff would start a week after the Conference CGs . Big difference.

It should be hard to get into the playoff. Who would have wanted to see Notre Dame and Baylor in the playoffs this year? I wouldn’t.

Yes. But only because I feel like the SEC gets fricked by playing in the conference they do and we’d easily have more than two in.

Eight teams are probably inevitable
Usually silly but whatever. Typically there are only two or three teams with any argument for being #1.
Cincinnati at least had an argument for being there. I think Michigan was weaker than admitted before today's results

Yes. It’s the only way OM gets in. Just like this year.

There's no point to the current playoffs. Every year it's the same. Two contenders and two teams we put in so we can claim that there's parity in the sport even though we know full well that there's not parity and won't be until the entire college system is rethought (which may wind up being sooner rather than later with all the changes NIL, the portal, and everything else are bringing).

NO! This is CFB not the NFL.
