Who are some realistic coaching candidates for us?

I really don't know, but I think we need to go the Drinkwitz route.

Someone young and energetic with a lot of charisma that can give hope and draw back in thousands of disillusioned fans. I don't want an established head coach who already has a defined ceiling. I want to roll the dice like we did with Drink and get someone that inspires the fanbase.

We went the safe route with an established coach in Cuonzo and look how that's working out. Young and hungry. That's what we need.

That looked like a good option.

Recruiting should actually get easier.

We need someone who knows how to use NIL.

Drink caliber recruiter

And that is exactly why I would not call Kimmie a bad hire.

I think he can definitely be that

If you could find 5 key boosters to run with NIL for basketball, you could change the team overnight.

Just need a coach with some vision and some help from the Athletic Department.

What about that Scott Davenport head coach of Bellarmine basketball? He's not a young'n though but does have an entertaining offense.

I was talking about this on the rant a few weeks ago.

His offense is something else...

12 minute Video talking about his offense. The Team that doesn't dribble.

If I was a Missouri fan, I would look at mccasland at north texas. Davenport at bellarmine. Andy kennedy? Brsd stevens?

JOHN BECKER
RANDY BENNETT
BEN JACOBSON

I wonder if Jacobson’s window has closed.

I would think McCasland would get a look.

Not excited about Andy Kennedy. He would be a more lame attempt at rebuilding than Cuonzo was.

Stevens seems like the college version of Gruden rumors.

Yeah I think he could be a pretty interesting go and has huge upside of possibly changing the game, but I can understand not wanting to take the risk since his game is wildly different from anyone else. I figured he wouldn't cost a huge amount but it could end in disaster. I don't know how it could be any worse than now though

Looks better for the keep him crowd after beating the Utes today. Take down Illannoy again and we will look much better heading into $EC play. The Frosh, especially B4azile and Durigordon, look good, and Kobe is a beast who needs to be fed the ball every game. Go Mizzou!
