Atrocious. This is worse than KA’s era. It’s year 5 and we are no better (maybe potentially worse) than where we were before hiring Cuonzo. Ugly ugly ugly basketball.

Both Martins suck arse. Both lost by 20+ points this week.

Coastal Carolina and Liberty.

He’s not a real candidate if the job is open this year. That doesn’t mean he won’t get hired.

Kimmie would be a bad hire. Kind of a bad thought process playing small with no shooters. They also missed on the better transfers that came from winning schools. They all scoreed on crappy teams. That doesn't really equate generally. His biggest issue has been recruiting, which is what was supposed to be his strength. He should also play his Freshman, but he is coaching for his job. Not sure they don't give him just as a good of a chance to win though. I've wanted Kelvin Sampson for years and he is far enough removed from Indiana as well. Would he come here, show him the money and find out.

He wants his son to be named the next coach in the contract. Not worth it.

Kelvin is currently 66 years old.

Agree

At this point me need (and have no choice) to way overpay for a known quantity. Fire Zo now, eat the buyout and start over.

I can attest that when Arkansas was wandering the basketball desert, and we wandered in there for a good long while, we held onto some coaches that just were not getting the job done. The only thing it did was prolong the misery.

Kimmie was always an upside play. I need to see a legitimate list of candidates before I’d call him a bad hire. This will be a ground up rebuild for whoever takes the job, whenever that is

If, after several years on the job, a coach fields the worst fricking team in America...isn't that a good enough reason to fire him?

Can him now, and try to talk the Marching Mizzou band leader into being the interim.

Rebuilding should take like 2 years in basketball. If we fired Cuonzo today and hired a Drink caliber recruiter, we could be a tourney team next season

I think it’s “for cause,” honestly. And we should find out in court.
