Our offense was great for two years, but Malzahn has some other glaring red flags already in 3 years. He is still learning and potentially could fix the issues but he isn't "second mortgage the house for" material

Malzahn has shown issues in the following areas
-Development
-Adapting Schemes
-Roster management
-Discipline management
-Inconsistent

Scouting also seems to be an area of concern. I said when he was hired that I did not like his ability to scout QBs.

It is also time to add performance based buyouts for coaches. Buyout cost diminishes with poor performance. Go 0-8 in the SEC and your buyout is $0. Makes 0-8 equivalent to a "for cause" firing.

That sounds good. The coaches and agents probably wouldn't agree to a $0 buyout but if it were on say a sliding scale I could see it i.e

0-3 wins 1 million
3-5 wins 2 million

Not saying they shouldn't get anything but 9-15 million is ridiculous
