I think he should go and does go.

I selfishly hope he stays of course. On top of being an awesome rb for us, he is a genuine and good dude/person. Something you want in the lockerroom.

He is a rare find that is for sure. I want him to stay, but if he goes, I will just applaud what he did for AU and wish him nothing but the best.

I think both AU and Tre both assure near top return on the deal by him leaving now. Could he maybe improve his position staying? Maybe. Could he have it go south staying? Yes.

For AU, of course you hate to lose him. But him being drafted and continuing AU's legacy of NFL RB's is all positive and gives way for the next kid. Whether it's CAP, Barber or Roc that lead, all will play on Sunday IYAM.

CAP can't hit and squeeze through the holes like Tre. I don't see him being the guy.

I don't think we have enough to go on to say whether CAP can take over. We never saw him in for an extended period of time after the offense really got going this year. The only time I think he played a whole series or much of one was at the end of the Missouri game. He looked good then, but that may be attributable to the Missouri defense being dog tired.

Yeah he is good, I'm not doubting him. I was just amazed at Tre's ability to squeeze through the tiniest hole and turn no gain to 5-6 yards.

Yeah, he definitely made something out of nothing a lot of the time. I'm still amazed at all the times he would run into a big pile and somehow end up six yards downfield.

This. There were times I thought he was stuffed at the line only to see him magic himself 5-6 yds downfield.

That is so huge to have a back that can consistently do this on 1st down. 2nd and 4 opens up your options and keeps the defense on their heels. Going to miss him, but he definitely gave us more in 3 years than most players give their entire playing career. Glad he is going to go get paid.
