If you want the cheapest ticket possible, wait until about 30 min before kickoff. You will probably miss all pregame stuff like the eagle flight, but you can get them for cheap because nobody wants to be stuck with the ticket they are trying to sell.

I had a friend that went without a ticket. Some of our friends found a ticket on the ground and gave it to him. He got to sit in the lower bowl while I was one row from the top above the lights.

The closer to the stadium and the closer to kick off is the key. It's really a game of patience unless you need a bunch together.
