What is your success rate? Do you have a plan of action that usually works?

I show up and flash a badge and gun. Then I tell them I need all their tickets and cash for evidence. I watch game and buy concessions with their money.

Works great

I usually buy tickets for my kids at the game in JHS 3 or 4 times per year. I have 2 season tickets and take them sometimes so I get tickets.

For the majority of the games, you can get a upper level ticket for $30-$40 at the max. I buy OOC tickets for $20 each sometimes.

Never once have i tried to buy two tickets and not get them

Do you always sit upper level or do you stand with the cool guys elsewhere?

My season tickets are in the letterman section. Section 104. They are pretty good upper level seats. So when I take my kids, I just buy the two upper level seats in the same side as me and they just come sit with us. There are always a few seats open around us.

I have sit all around the stadium but I have been in those seats for years.

Out of probably 120 AU games attended I've bought tickets before the game probably 100 of those times. The only times I ever got shut out were the 2010 SECCG and the BCSNG in Arizona.

You were not alone at that game. A lot of people made the trip not to get tickets.

We had a gentleman and his wife offer us $4000 cash for my two tickets at the totstitos tailgate party. He showed me the cash so I know he was serious.

Do you also pay around 50 for home games?

100% and I've never paid more the 75$ fo ANY game. Have seen every sec team at home. Been to sec championship twice. 8 iron bowls. If you're willing to wait, sometimes miss the eagle fly, you can always find a ticket for cheap from someone. Also if you're in a group, you must be willing to split up and either hope you can find some together no one is using or ramp it.

Where do you usually end up buying them? Just generally around the stadium?

You can find them around the stadium and just walking around. I will walk around the tailgating tents and hold ip fingers showing I am looking for tickets and some will stop you and offer some.

Yeah and never from a scalper. Always look for the older looking people who have money and just want to see a fellow auburn fan in the game.

The best area for me is right around the statues. A lot of the people from the white tents sell extra tickets and just walk over to the stadium. From the statues (gate 8 over toward the student center is always good for me.

Sweet. Will be using this method if I can't score some tickets from the AZN students.

Tickets are easy to obtain as long as you are not picky and don't mind sitting alone or with one person. If you plan on finding 4together, you will pay for it.

That is my situation so I bought season tickets again this year.
