I'm going to be in Hong Kong this Saturday. Any suggestions on how to stream overseas?

I would use a DNS proxy to mask your location and stream from ESPN:

It has a free trial, so give it a shot. You'll probably need someone's cable/satellite login stateside, but you won't have to contend with viruses.
If you have a Linux OS, use can use a First row type website. They're just known for viruses and malware galore. Mac and Windows are the targets.

Ensure you are using an ad blocker on your browser. This will help you not click on some of the malware links when streaming

For what it is worth, I have been using firstrow for 3+ years with no problem. I started with signing up and paying for ESPN Gameplan a few years before 360 (that must have been 6-7 years ago). Then Gameplan was converted to 360 and it became unavailable overseas. I had to look elsewhere. Again, I have had no problem with firstrow for the past three years or so. FWIW.
