Our specialist are better than last year. As a unit our special teams are not better. We have yet to do anything innovative or particularly well on ST since 2012.

Definitely no to Jeff Grimes. Yes to Tracy Rocker as I'm sure any DL coach would be an upgrade to what we have now. I would have agreed with you about Boulware last season because ST was awful, but it is actually the sole bright spot of our team this season.
