Boulware is just average. He hasn't been some hot name since he left.
Jeff Grimes is absolute garbage. JB Grimes' OL has 3 new interior OL against teams that stack the box. JB is a great OL coach and doing a solid job with what he has. We have a cripple at LG, injured RT, new C/OL Captain and a LT who is a holding/tackling machine.
What more do you want from JB?
Tracy Rocker I don't believe Rocker is nearly as elite as people at AU make him out to be, but he would be an upgrade. Muschamp should have brought in Brad Lawing though. Lawing is the best DL coach in the country

We lost a ton of experience after 2010 so that's not all on Grimes

Feel like Firing Garner is going to be touchy but outside of buying 5* players (which I'm okay with) I don't think Garner can get the job done and coach up players.

Garner seems to be awful. He can't recruit or coach. The OL and special teams are fine.

None of that makes the QB better. The issue is squarely between JJ's ears. If he had performed at a respectable level in the 3 games so far, we might be 3-0 or at least have made LSU sweat a little in a closer loss.
I don't think you can even begin to examine the defense yet. They clearly have a pretty crappy job to do. Get the ball back to an inept offense, only to be right back out there in 45 seconds. I think the D play would be sufficient if our O would have a pulse.
I'm not sure anyone saw JJ's problems coming this fall, including coaches.

Gus tried to hire Rocker when he came back, but was turned down. Rocker doesn't like to recruit anyway.
